Package 1: Landing concerts in France

Translation & adaptation to the French industry standards

• General cultural guidance for the French market

Booking support in France

• Use of Emma Sanchis' contact details on official communication (artist's/band'/ label's website...) as booking agent for France, for a year (renewable)

• Identification of at least 20 suitable venues, festivals and promoters

• Outreach and follow-up in French

• Centralised feedback and reporting after 3 months

• Professional representation in written communication (no exclusivity)

Complete pack's fee: €2,000 to €3,500 according to the band's size, the music genre, the targeted areas and the content's volume.

Extra services are available once dates have been confirmed: tour organisation and management, residency in collaboration with a Nantes-based studio and complete tech team + scenic posture coach, contract translation and adaptation to the French legal system, on-site interpreting, local media promotion (press, radio)...

Please note that while concert dates cannot be guaranteed, the service offers structured, professional and targeted booking work on the French market, with material and information that can be used for further booking search and future concerts in France.

Package 2: Tour management in France

Pre-tour coordination

• Liaison with French venues (schedules, technical organisation)

• Coordination support and booking of accommodation/transportation for stopover between concert dates if needed

• Clear summary documents: contacts, timelines, key points...

Tour management

• Schedule management and last-minute troubleshooting

• On-site interpreting: tech support, backstage coordination, interviews...

• Local press communication

Complete pack's fee: €1,500 + €700 per concert date

Remote tour management can be organised if the tour manager isn't available or cannot be physically present.
