Booking et suivi

• Utilisation des données de contact d'Emma Sanchis dans la communication officielle (site internet de l'artiste/du groupe/du label) en tant que bookeuse, pendant un an (renouvelable)

• Identification d'au moins 20 salles, festivals ou tourneurs adéquats

• Contact et suivi multilingue

• Retours réguliers

• Représentation professionnelle dans la communication (sans exclusivité)

Forfait du pack complet : 2,500 € à 4,000 € selon la taille du groupe, le genre de musique, les territoires ciblés et la quantité de documents à traduire. Une réduction de 15 % est offerte aux artistes qui travaillent avec Kultur Studio (collaboration confirmée par contrat). La recherche de dates additionnelles est facturée à 15 € par salle contactée.

Des services complémentaires sont disponibles une fois les dates confirmées : organisation et coordination de tournée, résidence en collaboration avec un Kultur Studio (Nantes) et son équipe technique complète + coach scénique, traduction de contrat et adaptation au système juridique français, interprétation sur site, promotion médiatique locale (presse, radio)...

Veuillez noter que les dates de concerts ne peuvent pas être garanties, mais les services correspondent à un travail professionnel structuré de booking sur le marché européen principalement, avec de la documentation et des informations qui peuvent être utilisées pour de futures dates.

Pack 2: Tour management en France

Pre-tour coordination

• Liaison with French venues (schedules, technical organisation)

• Coordination support and booking of accommodation/transportation for stopover between concert dates if needed

• Clear summary documents: contacts, timelines, key points...

Tour management

• Schedule management and last-minute troubleshooting

• On-site interpreting: tech support, backstage coordination, interviews...

• Local press communication

Complete pack's fee: €1,000 + €300 per concert date

Remote tour management can be organised if the tour manager isn't available or cannot be physically present.

Booking support in France

• Identification of at least 20 suitable venues, festivals and promoters

• Outreach and follow-up in French

• Centralised feedback and reporting after 3 months

• Professional representation in written communication (no exclusivity)

Prix du forfait complet : 2 000 € à 3 500 € selon le type de groupe, le genre de musique, les zones ciblées et la quantité de contenu.

Extra services are available once dates have been confirmed: tour organisation and management, residency in collaboration with a Nantes-based studio and complete tech team + scenic posture coach, contract translation and adaptation to the French legal system, on-site interpreting, local media promotion (press, radio)...

Please note that while concert dates cannot be guaranteed, the service guarantees structured, professional and targeted booking work on the French market.
